After students are registered, you can share their page with friends and family to help meet their goals.

The funds raised from this event are used to fulfill the PTCO’s specific mission of “enhancing and enriching the education of ALL Meadow Point students.” This year funds will be used for additional para professionals and teacher grants to enhance students classroom experience.

Join Us!

Families are encouraged to attend - you can either bring a chair to cheer on your student(s), and/or you can join your student(s) in walking/running around the field. 

The Grizzly Run for Funds is a fun, no pressure run/walk around the field ( or the front rock bed for preschoolers). This event serves to celebrate the end of this fundraiser, as well as get kids a chance to be outside and get their wiggles out!

*If weather does not permit running outdoors, the Fun Run will move to the following week, Thursday, September 25th (same time).

Volunteers

To maximize the impact of donations, the PTCO hosts this event primarily with volunteers. Please consider volunteering to help set up, clean up, run the hydration station or music booth.

Incentives

Register Today! Every student who registers gets a squishy toy.  First Class to have 100% registered online = Pizza Party!

When the school raises $10,000 - we will add water features to the Fun Run course!

When the school raises $20,000 - students will get a chance to pie staff in the face!

*Every student gets a raffle ticket for being a part of our amazing Meadow Point community. An additional raffle ticket will be added for each additional $100 earned. At least two students will be drawn from every grade to participate at the community meeting on Wed. September 24th.

**As prizes are earned, teachers will notify students and families when they will happen.

T-Shirts

Every student will receive a FREE Fun Run Shirt to wear at the Fun Run.  Students will receive their shirts the morning of the Fun Run and can use these shirts throughout the year for various spirit days or on field trips.

Water Features

We are excited to add some more fun to the Fun Run course this year by adding some water features if we reach $10,000 as a school! We will have water blasters as well as a misting tunnel. Students will not be soaked, but will be partially wet. We will also offer a "dry course" for those students who do not wish to get wet at all.
